Lyndsey is a certified and experienced Physiotherapist who was a pupil of Linda Shipton’s throughout her childhood and teen years. She now attends adult ballet and tap and is relishing the opportunity to dance again since having her two daughters, who also attend lessons at Linda’s! Lyndsey runs a Physiotherapy business in Martlesham called Alpha Physiotherapy, where she treats adults and children with all manner of injuries and ailments such as joint, muscle and nerve pain, sports/dance related injuries and growth related problems in adolescents. JUDY DIFIORE
Judy is a Soft Tissue Therapist at Gilmore Piper, Fonnereau Road and DanceEast, Ipswich and specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation. She is a member of the Healthcare Team on the Advanced Training Programme for young dancers at DanceEast and has extensive experience working with dancers on the BA Dance Performance Course at Middlesex University and more recently on the BA Dance course at University of Suffolk. Judy is a former student of Linda Shipton, going on to study at Laine Theatre Arts before enjoying a professional dance career onboard Cunard’s flagship liner Queen Elizabeth 2.
